Our experience was marked by overwhelming sulfur smells throughout our stay. Despite the high price we paid, the air conditioning was locked and made us uncomfortable during warm nights. Additionally, we couldn't enjoy the outside air as we were eaten alive by mosquitoes because of the lack of window screens.

Perfect base to explore Florence! Our two-bedroom apartment was modern and spacious. The views from the 5th floor were breathtaking. Loved the air conditioning, coffee machine, and comfy beds. The free bottle of wine was a nice surprise too. Super close to Ponte Vecchio and great shopping. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time, the apartment matched the pictures they showed! It had a great view of the river and was super clean. The staff? Exceptional! Monica was always there, super helpful, and even arranged our taxi to the airport. I really appreciated that touch!
